At CrossFit Pequannock, our mission is to help our members develop a healthy, happy lifestyle through functional fitness.
Each class is led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, who is knowledgeable in the technique and application of each movement in order to provide the best possible training environment. A normal class consists of a trainer led general warm-up, skill practice and/or strength training relevant to the day’s “Workout of the Day” (WOD), the “WOD” itself, and finally cool-down and stretching. Class times are approximately 45-60 minutes long. Our coaches are very passionate about helping our members become healthier individuals and it shows in the results our members are achieving!
